Did you know there are over 30 different elliptical trainer brands and even more individual elliptical models? The elliptical market is so big you can find starter models to commercial crosstrainers.
You can find everything from adjustable strides to incline to web browsers. By reading reviews before you buy, you'll have a better ideal of what is out there in your price range.
#2 Learn Something New
If you're new to buying an elliptical, many times reading elliptical trainer reviews will point out something you may not have thought about. For example, sure it has Wifi Connectivity - but if you don't have wireless internet in your home, the Wifi connectivity is useless to you.
Or maybe the stride length is adjustable - but only when the incline is changed. Reading reviews helps to give you a more complete picture of your crosstrainer before you buy - so there are less surprises when you get it home.

Many times reviews (like ours) will point out the best place to buy that crosstrainer. We've found price differences of hundreds less as compared to the store selling price.
