Looking for Fitness Quest elliptical trainers? Fitness Quest used to make elliptical crosstrainers under the Eclipse brand name.
There used to be several Eclipse elliptical trainers like the 1100HR and 2100 HR. And they were quite popular for a while - mainly because they were low priced. Most of them came in under $500.
Lately however, the brand seems to have stagnated - and you can't find them in stores anymore.
In fact, Fitness Quest isn't even selling them from their main website anymore, which probably means the brand is done.
This isn't surprising since there were other brands like Nordic Track and Schwinn which gave you more in terms of better construction, longer strides and more extensive warranties.
For a while these ellipticals were popular - they gave you some decent basics like heart rate monitor, forward and back motions and moveable arms.
However there have also been problems reported with the flywheels coming loose. And the Eclipse 1175E was recalled for safety a few years back.
The other Fitness Quest 'elliptical' (and we use that term very loosely) is the Tony Little Gazelle.
This is an infomercial machine that gives you no real resistance or calorie burning potential. While it is cheap, you do get what you pay for. You may want to get a more effective elliptical machine that will give you results.
