Strengths:

Folding - Unlike treadmills, a folding elliptical is pretty hard to find (Ellipticals often do not take up as much space as treadmills and are usually lighter thus easier to move out of the way.)

Adjustable Stride - Adjusting the stride length of your elliptical allows you to work different sets of muscles which can help change up your exercise routine. Strides can be adjusted from 13", 15", and 18". However it is fair to note that unless you're under 5' 2", you'll probably find a 13" stride length to be way too short - and extremely frustrating to exercise on.

iPod/mp3 Compatibility with Speakers - This is an incredible feature to have in an elliptical at this price point. Listen to your favorite music or audiobook while exercising to make your workouts more enjoyable.

10 Personal Trainer workouts - Choose from 10 workouts, all designed by a Certified Personal Trainer. Workouts automatically adjust the resistance of the elliptical to focus on aerobic, weight loss, or performance goals

Weaknesses:

This is an economy elliptical with a lower user weight capacity of 275 pounds. So it would not be the elliptical for heavier users or those who really want to pick up their pace.

Also, the warranty only covers parts and labor for 90 days - need we say more? (Then again, this is standard for a $500 unit). You might want to see if you can buy extra coverage on checkout.
