Weaknesses:

The Smooth CE 2.7 elliptical trainer does use dynamic adjustable motions however you only get 3 levels whereas in the higher end agile trainers like the DMT X1 you get 12 levels of dynamic motion. Also, the CE 3.7 is (currently) very similarly priced but it comes with an iPod docking station, built in console speakers and a slightly more sophisticated console.

If you're looking for an affordable, well-built elliptical that gives you a little bit more than a standard machine, the Smooth CE 2.7 elliptical trainer is definitely worth considering. We would definitely recommend it over the older Smooth CE 2.1 elliptical.
