Sole E25 Elliptical Trainer
A Review of the Sole E 25 Elliptical & Where To Find It At A Discount
Strengths:
20 Inch Stride Length - This is the only 20" stride elliptical we've seen at this price point. The larger stride length means you work the full range of leg muscles and get an overall more effective workout.
This longer stride length is also appreciated by taller users or those with longer legs. It helps give you a smoother feeling elliptical ride.
Proper Alignment Of Footpads - When you use an elliptical the natural alignment of your body is thrown off no matter how close the footpads are. The Sole E25 elliptical footpads have a slight inward angle of two degrees.
This angle actually helps to puts your body back into a neutral alignment throughout the elliptical motion and protects your back, knees, ankles and hips.
Built In Speakers with iPod Mp3 Hookup - Plug in your mp3 and listen to your favorite music or audiobook through the built in speakers. This is a handy feature to have to make your workouts more entertaining.
20 Resistance Levels - This is sure to challenge even seasoned athletes - and a nice way to build in interval training. Again, an outstanding value for an elliptical at this price point
The Sole E25 is a high grade elliptical - at this price point. However, many of the extras that are on the higher end Sole ellipticals like heart rate control, user programs and foam cushioning in the foot pedals are not included on the E25.
The console is also a bit more simple with less options.
Summary: Recommended
If you're on a budget the Sole E 25 elliptical is a great value. It's the only elliptical at this price point with a 20" stride - which helps you work the full range of leg muscles and burn maximum calories.
