Since it has been discontinued if you are thinking about buying this elliptical second-hand, be aware the Horizon will probably not honor the warranty on a 2nd owner.
Also, it could be very hard to find parts should something go wrong with the elliptical so you could be out a lot of money.
Here's an quick review of the Horizon Fitness EX 67 Elliptical.

2) Pivoting Foot Pedals - These follow the natural motion of your ankle and again, give you a more comfortable workout. It can result in less stress to your ankle joints - especially if you workout for longer periods of time.
4) Up to 13 Workout Program Options - There are several different program options with the Horizon EX-67 elliptical. You can choose from 12 goal oriented programs and 1 custom program that you design yourself
5) Lower Step-On Height - Horizon ellipticals generally place their foot pedals closer to the ground. This lower step-on height makes it easier to get on the elliptical. Many first time users appreciate this as it makes them feel more comfortable.
6) iPod Port With Console Speakers - Although this feature is becoming fairly standard with elliptical, it's still a great one to have as it can make your workouts a lot more enjoyable. The Horizon EX-67 Elliptical is one of the few Horizon units that offers this feature.
7) Bright Orange LED Console - Sometimes with entry-level ellipticals, the consoles are not backlit, which makes it hard to see your workout stats. The EX67 comes with a bright orange backlit console, making it easy to see your workout information as you exercise.
Weaknesses:
Since the EX 67 elliptical has been discontinued, your only real option is to buy it second hand - which means you're not covered by warranty and you won't be sure exactly what you're getting. For newer similar models check out the Nordic Track Pathfinder (different elliptical paths) or the Lifecore LC985VG.
Summary:
The Horizon Fitness EX67 Elliptical Trainer was a good value elliptical in its time. However since it has been discontinued and replaced by newer, more advanced models, you might want to look elsewhere (See below for more options.)
